Select from our stock fiber library (Merino, Cashmere, Blends) or submit custom Pantone TCX codes for lab dip dyeing with 3–5 day approval turnarounds.
We program CAD files and knit first physical proto samples in 7–10 days. Track sample rounds, fit adjustments, and revision logs through our Buyer Portal.
Receive transparent, itemized factory costing broken down by yarn consumption, knitting runtime, linking, washing, custom trims, and freight.
Upon Pre-Production (PP) sample sign-off, bulk production runs with inline tension checks, dimensional gauge calibration, and metal needle inspection.
Packaged with your branded woven labels, hangtags, and barcode polybags. Dispatched via air express (DHL/FedEx) or sea freight with full export documentation.
