Our Factory & Ethical Manufacturing Facility
Take an inside look at our 35,000 sq. ft. purpose-built woolen manufacturing plant in Kathmandu. Where fair-wage artisan craftsmanship meets high-efficiency automated machinery and stringent European export standards.
The Manufacturing Process
Yarn Conditioning
Yarns are stored in temperature and humidity-controlled chambers for 48 hours to equalize fiber moisture regain before tension knitting.
Flat Bed Knitting
Computerized flat knit machines weave panels with fully fashioned edges, pre-shaping armholes and necklines to eliminate off-cut waste.
Dial Disc Linking
Skilled artisans link panels stitch-by-stitch on circular gauge dials, ensuring exact stitch alignment and elastic seams that do not snap under strain.
Milling & 100% QC
Garments undergo controlled washing in mountain water, steam vacuum blocking to tech pack tolerance, and individual needle detection scans.
Ethical Standards & Fair Wages
We believe luxury knitwear is defined not only by the softness of its fiber, but by the dignity of the hands that knit it. Our factory employs over 120 skilled technicians and craftspeople, 65% of whom are women from the Kathmandu valley.
